In 2017, Ever Garza III acquired Advanced Engineering Services with the goal of creating a family-owned firm that could handle large-scale civil and structural engineering services while providing a personalized touch. With services ranging from residential, industrial, commercial, and multi-family, our team is dedicated to making sure every project is tailored to fit our clients' needs.

Our specialty includes Structural and Civil Engineering, Forensic Investigation, and Construction Administration. Additionally, Ever Engineering is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Texas Historically Underutilized Business (Texas HUB), and Hispanic American Business Enterprise (HABE) by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA).
